 She is Cat Lionne, a Luxury Travel Business Owner, Construction Engineer, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Consultant, and a Strategic Manager for one of Forbes Top 20 Fortune 500 companies. Cat’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in every project she takes on, and she prides herself on being an independent thinker who challenges traditional approaches with new ways of solving problems. By leveraging her engineering background, she creates innovative solutions for her clients.

As an engineer with 15 years in the construction industry, she’s tasked with building innovative products and services that are reliable and easy to use.  Additionally, she has established a proven track record of success, having been recognized as one of the top 40 under 40 rising stars within the construction industry Cat has worked with many of the industry’s most renowned companies and has been recognized and awarded for her unique approach to solving complex problems; while at her own business, she helps curious travelers find beautiful destinations around the world so they can explore nature and create unforgettable memories. 

She is passionate about offering customized experiences that allow her clients to explore new destinations while boosting their knowledge and experience. Her goal is to make traveling easy, affordable, and stress-free!

When she’s not climbing the corporate ladder Cat is devoted to giving back to her local community; At heart, she’s also a philanthropist who founded a nonprofit that is dedicated to providing community support programs for children from underprivileged backgrounds. Her goal is to make sure everyone has access to the necessary resources they need to reach their full potentials and provide them with opportunities beyond their communities. This passion has also extended into her travels where she seeks out new cultures and experiences for her students. Cat also is the proud owner of Melting Pot Industries. The team at Melting Pot Industries are passionate about helping organizations create environments where everyone can thrive. They provide a range of services centered around diversity and inclusion (DE&I) consulting – from identifying existing disparities to creating plans for implementing equitable practices.   

Her new business venture, which specializes in providing guidance and support to aspiring entrepreneurs, allows her to combine her passion for building successful businesses with her expertise in business development.  

She firmly believes in the power of entrepreneurship and is dedicated to empowering others to achieve their full potential by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed in today's competitive business landscape. Through her venture Blueprint Builders Consulting Group, she hopes to help future business owners develop their businesses from the ground up and turn their dreams into reality.

In her free time, Cat loves to ski in wintery mountains, golf on the best golf courses in the world, and relax on beach holidays in faraway islands!
